Description
Your main job duties will include:
- Process payroll on a monthly and fortnightly basis, including calculation of wages, deductions, and taxes.
- Maintain accurate records of employee leave entitlements, including annual leave, sick leave, and long service leave.
- Respond promptly and professionally to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters.
- Prepare payroll reports and reconcile payroll data as necessary.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll legislation and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure payroll data integrity and accuracy.
- Assist with other finance-related tasks and projects as required.
Profile
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of stand-alone or full function payroll experience, preferably of up to 150 employees. They will have great attention to detail, work with a sense of urgency and have great organisational skills.
