As theProject Administratorfor the implementation of Human Force, you will play a crucial role in executing this transformative project. The ideal candidate will have a background in Payroll or HR, possess a strong understanding of Payroll systems, and be capable of working with others to interpret Enterprise Agreements and Labour Laws.
This position will be vital to the Human Force implementation project and is anticipated to last for a duration of up to 12 weeks.
Responsibilities will include:
- System Set-up: Use data entry skills, existing systems and payroll/HR experience to ensure that Human Force is fully set up and ready for implementation to the wider workforce.
- Project Implementation: Oversee the introduction of the Human Force payroll/time sheeting system. working closely with IT, Finance, Payroll, Time & Attendance, and HR teams to ensure a seamless implementation.
- Compliance: With assistance from the HR team, ensure that the system is in line with Australian labour laws, specifically with respect to Enterprise Agreements.
- User Acceptance Testing: Plan and execute comprehensive end user testing, ensuring the system meets the needs of IT, Finance, Payroll, Time & Attendance, and HR teams and other end users.
- Leadership and Project Management: Provide leadership and project management skills to keep the project on track, within budget, and in compliance with established timelines.
- Autonomous Working: Ability to work autonomously, making decisions and taking action to drive the project forward.
- Organisation: Maintain a structured approach to project documentation, schedules, and reporting.
- Communication: Ensure clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, including updates, issues, and resolutions
To be Successful in this role, you will need:
- Hold a relevant Finance or HR qualification.
- Experience with Payroll Systems and Data Entry with a strong understanding of Payroll and timesheet processes.
- Exposure to project management, ideally in implementing HR/Payroll systems.
