About you:

  • You love utilising technology to solve problems with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Are passionate about uncovering business problems and solutions development for our customers.

Day-to-day, you will:

  • Partner sales identifying prospective customer requirements for change, then presenting the unique value of our solutions remotely and onsite for small to large audiences through bespoke presentations and working software demonstrations.
  • Be part of the product development feedback loop to improve the customer experience and enable movement to the cloud.
  • It's a team game, so you'll be partnering our sales and services teams in scoping out strategies helping to deliver a smooth ride for our customers.
  • The environment is complex, so there will be technical problem solving required and an opportunity for you to differentiate our unique value proposition.
  • Building video content to enabling prospective customers utilising demo automation software Consensus.
  • Collaborating with our Bids team responding to functional tender requirements utilising AI enabled automation software.
  • Mentoring the sales team to work towards strategic business goals while providing an outstanding customer experience.
  • Participating as a member of the RFx and tender response team for the product, proposed application solution and delivery methodology sections.

Your skills and experiences might also include:

  • Experience working with ERP, Accounting Practice or People and Payroll systems or alternatively a great deal of respective domain industry expertise in these areas.
  • Passion and proven experience in a customer facing role, conducting workshops, presentations, or training.
  • Experience with stakeholder engagement and influence at senior levels and in cross-functional teams.
