The Job:
Working for a busy Hotel in Essendon, this role is to support Payroll, Accounts and Administration. This is a great opportunity for someone with basic Payroll/Bookkeeping skills.
As part of this small friendly team it is expected you will happy to learn new tasks and lend a hand in the office across a number of areas
Various General administration/payroll support duties include, but not limited to:
- Learning payroll and associated tasks by assisting payroll manager using Wage Easy
- MYOB – Assist with entering of invoices, balancing of accounts, running adhoc reports
- Advertising on social media
- Creating advertising posters for the venue
- Stock Control (Bluize)
- Updating of Menus
The Person:
Must be looking for Part-Time of approximately 21 hours over three days/flexible arrangement. Have experience in Admin in Payroll or similar. Good computer skills, including all Microsoft Suite programs, MYOB, Facebook/Instagram.
