About You
- You are a highly motivated and organised HR professional with 5+ years' experience.
- You have a strong understanding of HR best practices and employment legislation.
- You have demonstrable experience working in the property or construction industry.
- You have a passion for building and nurturing a positive company culture.
- You are a skilled communicator and trainer with experience working with managers and employees at all levels.
- Experience using Employment Hero is a plus.
