Job Description:
As an Account Manager within our Broking division, your main focus will involve managing a diverse portfolio covering various General Insurance lines. Your objective is to provide excellent service and secure outstanding client retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support to Account Managers in maintaining and expanding client portfolios.
- Assist in the preparation and processing of insurance documentation, including new business, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient and accurate communication of client needs.
- Contribute to client meetings and assist in delivering exceptional service to our valued clients.
- Handle client queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
