Job Description:
As an Account Manager within our Broking division, your main focus will involve managing a diverse portfolio covering various General Insurance lines. Your objective is to provide excellent service and secure outstanding client retention.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive support to Account Managers in maintaining and expanding client portfolios.
• Assist in the preparation and processing of insurance documentation, including new business, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient and accurate communication of client needs.
• Contribute to client meetings and assist in delivering exceptional service to our valued clients.
• Handle client queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role within the insurance industry is advantageous.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with an emphasis on attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
