In this dynamic role, you'll generate customer value through the consistent delivery of technology operational services as outlined. This involves providing comprehensive support, training, and advice regarding P&C systems and associated procedures.The P&C Systems Advisor holds a pivotal position in facilitating communication with stakeholders to gather, analyze, convey, and verify requirements for alterations to business processes linked with our PX systems.What you'll do

• Act as relevant subject matter expert to our internal and external business partners in shaping and designing solutions that are future proof to support relevant system and process changes/enhancements
• Work with key stakeholders to identify, plan and deliver HR system related projects to continually increase customer satisfaction, driving efficiencies and effectiveness
• Contribute to the design of various process documentation and support materials, such as Standard Operating Procedures and training materials
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of self-service functionality and automation within P&C systems
• Provide technical advice to P&C and Technology teams, partners and service providers on business rules and requirements
• Assist in the facilitation and coordination of all appropriate Governance forums both internal to Suncorp (Platform, Portfolio alignment) and with our external vendors

What you'll bring

• 5 years' experience in a technical/advisory role in HR platforms
• 2+ years' experience and system knowledge in PeopleSoft
• Demonstrated experience in a technical support or systems analyst role, preferably in Oracle PeopleSoft or similar large ERP systems
• Analytical skills, including demonstrated experience in performance analysis to support business outcomes and goals
• Ability to design and implement processes associated with HR technology.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
