Guardian Childcare and Education are a leading Early Childhood Provider with childcare centres located across QLD, NSW, Vic, ACT and SA.
POSITION OVERVIEW - On Call, Casual Role.
The People and Culture Coordinator Business as usual provides coordination on all People and Culture matters, to ensure we provide a great team experience to all team members in our care.
This will be achieved through focus on:
- (1) To support the change of contract process, ensuring all team members are supported to receive their new contract and they accept in the required timescale, updating stakeholders, identifying risks and solutions to ensure a smooth transfer.
- (2) Assisting with the administration of regular P&C initiatives to ensure efficiency & impactful; for example, Aspire to Grow, Aspiring Centre leaders, support in the overflow of acquisition contracts etc.
- (3) Maintaining team member files and tracking systems.
- (4) Providing advice on our policies and procedures.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Delivery
- Creating timelines for the delivery of all routing and repeat info, so we can have a calendar for reporting, insights and routine tasks
- To ensure that we achieve strong SLA’s, with 24 hour turnaround for all queruies and changes of contracts
- Form an effective partnership with all members of the P&C team, Centre teams and Portfolio Managers.
- Regularly reflect on how we can improve our processes and tools, so we continually evolve and improve our ways of working.
- Continually looking to improve the team experience of all of our team members, so we can be seen as an employer of choice.
- To oversee the change of contract process, ensuring all new contracts are received within 24 hours.
- To provide insights into all key P&C activities, recommending improvements and changes to current ways of working to better the experience we provide
- To support all frequent minor queries, looking at ways to improve internal knowledge and skill to reduce these queries.
