Role:
This company are looking for a People & Culture Advisor, where you'll be a key point of contact for matters related to policies, procedures, employment conditions, and entitlements. Reporting to the Director of People and Culture, your role will involve providing strategic P&C advice, guidance, and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide proactive advice on P&C policies, procedures, agreement conditions and entitlements.
- Coach and support principals and managers on legisation procesdures, and support with people management
- Investigate and advise on employee relation issues.
- Provide support on performance concerns, disciplinary matters, absenteeism, probation, redundancy, termination and grievance and disputes.
- Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate annual performance and development reviews.
- Participate in continuous improvement and change initiatives.
- Contribute to remuneration surveys and reviews.
- Understand and interpret relevant employment awards.
- Promote safe working environments and practices.
- Handle confidential matters.
- Collect and analyze data for reporting.
- Assist with special projects and talent acquisition
- Assist in designing initiatives to increase employee engagement
- Contribute to wellbeing and diversity initiatives.
