About the role:
We are looking for two People & Culture (P&C) Business Partners who love being human resources generalists. In this role, you will partner with and support your own portfolio to build trusted relationships with people leaders and employees to enable organisational success.
Key focuses are:
- Employment life cycle: support leaders and employees on all stages of the employment journey including attraction, recruitment, onboarding, development, retention and separation;
- Leadership capability: coach leaders, supporting and educating to build capability and trusted partnerships;
- Workplace relations: support performance management and employee and industrial relations matters, in partnership with leaders, to mitigate risks and deliver desirable outcomes for all parties;
- Health, safety and wellbeing: lead and deliver HSW advice and service enabling positive outcomes to all our employees - driving effectiveness and fostering uplift in HSW maturity and performance across all of our libraries.
- Change management: support the delivery of change activities, enhancing employee experience and operational effectiveness;
- Value-add projects: contribute to the successful design and delivery of both strategic and operational P&C initiatives, collaborating with the P&C Team and broader business.
