The Role:
Is key to planning and implementing P&C strategies effecting cultural change across our business, recruiting and on boarding new team members, drive positive employee experiences including engagement and well-being, coordinate training, and collaborate on all P&C functions.
The Person:
- Qualifications in Human Resource Management or relevant discipline
- Minimum 3 years experience in human resource co-ordination
- Demonstrated success in the implementation of a people management strategy, workforce plan and operational and performance management deliverables
- Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to manage multiple and diverse projects on time and within budget
- Computer literacy – competent use of broad range of computer applications including Microsoft suite
- Experience with Dayforce software would be an advantage
