About the position
As People& Culture Coordinator you will join our team of incredible people, where delivering exceptional customer service is a passion and a natural part of who you are. You are a resilient professional, high performing team member who will provide support across multiple functions of the business, whilst working in a fast paced and energetic environment.
What will you be doing:
- Coordinate the new employees’ onboarding activities
- Provide administrative support for the People & Culture department
- Maintain documents, templates, policies and processes
- Prepare various employment related documentation
- Regular liaison with internal clients and provide necessary support
- Maintaining HR registers/databases as required.
- Liaise with Payroll on related matters from employees
- Conduct exit interviews
- Provide assistance in preparation of HR metrics and reporting
To be successful in this role, you need
- Recognised qualifications in HR or a related discipline
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Self-motivated with a proactive and innovative approach to problem solving
- Have a methodical, robust, resilient nature and the confidence to organise and prioritise with limited supervision
- Professional and sensitive to the confidentiality involved in Human Resource related matters
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the proven ability to develop and maintain successful relationships at all levels across the organisation
