These positions are designed for individuals who are self-motivated and excel with limited supervision. While the roles encompass various activities associated with the People & Culture aspect of our business, the main emphasis will be on effectively managing site recruitment activities and providing regional payroll support through Kronos.
Responsibilities
- Timecard Management
- Recruitment activities (including co-ordination of advertising, shortlisting, interviews, appointments, aptitude testing, reference checks, clothing issues, document compliance etc)
- Site based P&C functions for example; school engagement, employee query resolution.
- Administration - drafting & issuing contracts, employee filing.
The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant should enjoy a fast-paced environment and thrive on challenges. You will possess a demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of people and will be true team player who understands the value of teamwork. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) is essential.
