Your days will be filled with variety. Some of your key tasks will include:
- Providing administrative support to the People & Culture department, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Supporting employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees.
- Maintaining accurate employee records and databases, including personnel files, performance evaluations, and training records.
- Assisting with HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement programs, diversity and inclusion efforts, and wellness initiatives.
- Responding promptly to employee inquiries and requests for assistance, demonstrating a customer-focused approach to HR support.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Assisting in the planning and coordination of our events
We will be excited if you have:
- Previous experience in an administrative support role, preferably within a Human Resources or People & Culture department.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), Learning Management Systems (LMS), and/or Record-keeping systems.
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
