Our People and Development team (part of our national Head Office based in Eagle Farm, Brisbane) currently has a great opportunity for an Administrator to provide support and assistance in the key areas of Human Resources, Training and Safety. You would be an integral part of the team whose contributions are both valued and appreciated.

- Provide a comprehensive range of administrative support and assistance to the HR team across a variety of areas
- Maintaining supply and distribution of new employee induction packs
- Preparation for training programs – both internal & external providers
- Scheduling interviews, medicals, training when required
- Data entry and matching invoices to purchase orders
- Previous experience providing administration support across a team
- Friendly and reliable with the skills to build and maintain rapport with a variety of stakeholders
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office 365 - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Self-motivated, driven individual with a strong willingness to learn
