Reporting to the Business Manager you will be responsible for managing the off the plan contract processes for a range of residential apartment projects.
As part of the Gold Coast administration team, you will:
- Manage the Sales Process from EOI through to settlement
- Effectively liaise between the sales team, Director and Business Manager and solicitors to ensure a smooth process.
- Prepare and issue all contracts to solicitors and agents including managing contract amendments and variations.
- Manage back end Contract processes and updates from Exchange to Settlement.
- Regularly check CRM records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare updates and reports as required.
The successful candidate will be a proactive, process driven self-starter with the ability to work in a team environment and autonomously. You will have:
- Proven experience as a contract administrator in the residential development sector.
- Experience managing high volume off the plan property contracts and settlement processes.
- Strong relationship management skills.
- Experience with a sales CRM and microsoft excel.
- Impeccable presentation and professionalism.
