With our rapid growth, and a number of exciting new projects, comes a need for a strong Development Administrator to assist our busy team. The role will be varied, with exciting projects in the pipeline to be part of. Some of the responsibilities of the role include:
- High level administration support to development managers, sales people and GM
- Preparation of Weekly Sales Reports
- Basic account administration via Xero alongside our finance manager
- Prepare Weekly Operational Minutes and Follow up Action items
- Support the Marketing Manager with marketing collateral
- Assistance with contract preparation and filing
- Liaising with third party contractors and professional services as required
- General Office Administration
