- Reporting to the Head of People, NZ Pacific, you will work with leaders & teams across NZ & the Pacific, offering you diversity & opportunities to learn about different cultures, countries & their legislations.

- Serve as a trusted advisor & partner to business leaders, collaborating to develop & implement People strategies that align with organisational goals and objectives.
- Provide advise to leaders regarding policy & process.
- Provide expert guidance on a wide range of People matters, including employee relations, performance management, talent development, & organisational effectiveness.
- Integrate into the NZ & Pacific businesses as well as be part of a diverse and inclusive Australia Pacific team, where there is opportunity to work on various projects that not only pertains to NZ & the Pacific but may also be of personal interest to your own development journey.

- Be confident in running change management processes, providing support and guidance to our leaders and employees through periods of organisational change.
- Have a strong understanding of employment legislation.
- Provide expert advise and build strong relationships with managers in the business.
- Be familiar with navigating a complex matrix organisation
- Have confidence with people management and uplift, utilising your consultative approach to guide and influence leaders in line with people priorities.
- Leverage your exceptional interpersonal skills to navigate complexities, build trust, and drive successful outcomes.
