• Reporting to the Head of People, NZ Pacific, you will work with leaders & teams across NZ & the Pacific, offering you diversity & opportunities to learn about different cultures, countries & their legislations.

Your new role

• Serve as a trusted advisor & partner to business leaders, collaborating to develop & implement People strategies that align with organisational goals and objectives.
• Provide advise to leaders regarding policy & process.
• Provide expert guidance on a wide range of People matters, including employee relations, performance management, talent development, & organisational effectiveness.
• Integrate into the NZ & Pacific businesses as well as be part of a diverse and inclusive Australia Pacific team, where there is opportunity to work on various projects that not only pertains to NZ & the Pacific but may also be of personal interest to your own development journey.

• Have confidence with people management and uplift, utilising your consultative approach to guide and influence leaders in line with people priorities.

• Demonstrate empathy, resilience, and strategic agility to effectively manage change while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
