As a People Business Partner Manager, you will:
Regularly monitor and analyse data on attrition, engagement and performance for action planning; discuss the analysis and recommendation with leaders and managers
Lead the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the effectiveness of action plans and cross-functional projects related to employee attrition, engagement and performance
Manage and drive participation in employee feedback program (new hire survey, exit survey, online feedback tool, annual engagement survey) and coordinate with the appropriate parties for action planning and resolution as applicable
Implement the performance management, recognition and rewards management program; communicate guidelines and timelines; provide guidance and support to leaders, managers and employees on performance, recognition and rewards program administration and queries. Partner with business leaders and managers on the talent review and implementation of development and retention plan for identified key talents
Provide guidance and support to the business leaders and managers on the implementation and communication of employee transfers, promotions and other movements
Draft, enhance and update the HR policies and processes; provide advice and guidance to business leaders, managers and employees on matters related to employment, government and labor laws. Handle complex corrective action cases; work with legal in ensuring DOLE compliance and reducing legal risks
Partner with regional P&C partners on global strategy
Qualifications:
With at least 3 years of HR/People and Culture leadership experience (supervisory experience is accepted)
With good stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
Amenable to work onsite
