The Role:
As a People & Culture Business Partner, you will be responsible for overseeing a range of HR activities and programs across the employee life cycle. Along with relevant experience, you'll bring with you a hands-on, flexible, can-do approach that contributes to maintaining a high-level customer focus.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage HR matters and providing management with recommendations in relation to legislation, policies, and procedures.
- Attract, develop, motivate, and retain a high performing and sustainable workforce.
- Manage coaching, recruitment, employee training and development.
- Manage the Employee Lifecycle Framework, including performance management.
- Lead the development, implementation, and review of HR policies and procedures.
- Coach and support managers in all aspects of performance management.
- Ownership of remuneration, recognition, and reward for the business.
- Provide expertise and support to internal & external stakeholders on HR Matters
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Tertiary Qualifications in HR or related.
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience, preferably in a consulting / practice organisation, well regarded.
- Have sound knowledge of contemporary HR practices.
- Experience in identifying and implementing process & change improvements.
- Be proactive with employee management skills.
