We're up to big things at Intrepid, with record growth and an exciting year of people initiatives ahead. As People Coordinator you will support the broader team to ensure a seamless people experience for all. This is a great opportunity for a recent HR graduate or those with a year or two of experience working in the HR space.
In this position, you'll need to be organised with an eye for detail as you take on a range of responsibilities such as employee contracts, onboarding, administration of our HR Information System, and advising our employees and managers on people policies and processes. You will also have the opportunity to get involved in People projects and cyclical events like our employee engagement surveys and talent reviews.
This is a full-time position, offering between $65-70k plus super, depending on your level of experience. You'll be based out of our HQ on Collins Street in Melbourne, we work flexibly, so some days you can work from home.
Some of the experience you'll bring with you will include:
1-2 years' experience in a similar role (desired)
Strong computer acumen with the ability to pick up new systems, and software easily
Highly tuned administration skills
A qualification in HR would be highly regarded, but not essential.
While you will have a team to support you, you will need to be able to work independently with minimal direction and be a proactive problem solver who loves to look at ways to improve what we do and how we do it.
