About the role
As a People & Culture Administrator you will provide detailed support to the Credit Union by undertaking the administration and coordination tasks related to the People & Culture team.
Specifically, you will be responsible for:
- Communicating monthly compliance training and recording training completions
- Maintaining and updating all training records completed by staff
- Coordinating and administering all training delivered by the People & Culture team
- Assisting in the administration of training and departmental related documents
- Coordinating and sending the weekly training and communications agenda to all staff
- Coordinating and implementing system logins and access for retail staff
- Coordinating all staff recognition certificates, departmental invoices and community volunteering opportunities
- Assisting with staff movement items for the department

About you
You are…
- Highly proficient in Microsoft suite
- Enthusiastic and have excellent verbal & written communication
- Extremely well organised with a strength in prioritisation and managing your time and tasks
- Detail orientated and accurate with processes and procedures
- A team player, who is able to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders
- Able to demonstrate exceptional customer service
- Able to work cooperatively within a team to achieve timely and positive outcomes for members and the business
- Able to maintain confidentiality and trust with staff
