Forward thinking NFP is seeking an experienced Human Resources Administrator with an initial focus on recruitment and some generalist HR.
Your Opportunity
Supporting a small, but busy HR team, you will add immediate value with your previous relevant HR admin experience and your attitude to learning and growth. Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you will provide administrative support to this NFP across recruitment, generalist HR and WH&S compliance. There is an immediate focus on recruitment administration and you will manage multiple recruitment processes with ease.
This role will require you to enjoy juggling multiple priorities at once and build strong working relationships across the business. You will support the HR team with all administrative duties and over time, grow and develop into consultant level for generalist HR and recruitment management duties.
Your Profile
You have experience in a HR Admin role in a busy and complex environment, across a number of disciplines, ideally including recruitment. You have a positive energy, are a natural problem solver and a service focus. Managing deadlines, and timeframe expectations is key - you are a communicator and have a project management approach to managing your workload.
This is an administration role requiring someone hands on, who wishes to grow and develop into a HR Consultant role over time. Bring your warmth and empathetic style to this team and organisation, who are in an exciting phase of growth.
Your Benefits
This is a permanent role paying $60000 plus super plus NFP salary packaging (worth up to $15,900 per annum). Predominantly working from home, you will happily work in the office as required too.
