At the very core is the engine room of a small yet strong People & Culture team. They are now on the lookout for a People & Culture Advisor, which will see you reporting in to the Head of P & C.
Previous experience in an HR coordination/advisory position is a pre requisite. We would also like to see completion of (or studying) an HR qualification at a tertiary level.
An example of the tasks you will be responsible include;
- Day to day recruitment duties to support talent identification, succession planning and growth
- Managing all onboarding and offboarding duties for all employees
- Respond to HR queries responsively and with a positive, constructive customer-focus.
- Reporting to key leaders within the management teams
- Taking care of the HR inbox and providing responses with care and advice
Salary is commensurate to experience but well within industry rates for such a position.
