Purpose of People and Culture Team
In amongst all the exciting things happening within our industry and across EA, this progressive Human Resource team enables the acceleration to clean energy by leading on culture and capability transformation.

Purpose of the Role
As a People and Culture Advisor, you will participate in the delivery of the People and Culture plan and gain expose to a variety of initiatives across the employee lifecycle. This is an opportunity to be an integral member of the P&C team and deliver real work to key initiatives.
- Draft internal communications for People and Culture teams and to other business units
- Maintain Intranet (SharePoint) for P&C and the Organisational Development team by reviewing user experience and providing continuous improvement.
- Be an active participant in projects teams delivering initiatives across the organisation
- Provide assistance preparing and organising People and Culture workshops and events.
- Provide support to the agile project cadence by leading sessions and providing facilitation.

- Tertiary Qualification in Human Resources or other relevant discipline
