People & Culture Advisor

I am partnering with a well established Accounting firm in the Eastern suburbs, who are looking for a passionate and strategic People & Culture Advisor to join their dynamic team!

As the People & Culture Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in leading and supporting our organization's people and culture objectives to achieve the firms vision and strategic outcomes. Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with their Operations Team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of People & Culture functions, including recruitment, performance management, conflict resolution, learning programs, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective strategies and initiatives to enhance our organizational culture and employee engagement.
• Lead recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring we attract and retain top talent.
• Manage performance management processes and provide guidance on employee development.
• Resolve employee grievances and conflicts in a fair and constructive manner.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to align People & Culture initiatives with organizational goals.
• Act as an ambassador for our organizational culture and values, ensuring they are upheld across the company.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role with a strong understanding of HR best practices.
• Previous experience within professional services (desirable)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to drive initiatives that support business objectives.
• Experience working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• HR certification or relevant degree preferred.
