The Opportunity
A newly created position, Gold Coast Private Hospital is seeking a People, Culture & Engagement Business Partner. Working as a member of the national P,C&E team, this generalist role is a dedicated to Gold Coast Private Hospital and will work closely with the local hospital executive and department managers to embed Healthscope standards and best practice in people management and engagement. The role will be tasked with:
- Supporting managers in performance management
- Coaching managers in daily HR practices
- Working closely with the hospital on engagement and retention strategies
About You
You will be an experienced generalist who has a hands-on approach. You will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have excellent attention to detail and be a strong advocate for embedding the Healthscope standards into daily practice. You will be experienced in delivering change management and enjoy influencing Managers and staff to engage in a culture of betterment.
To be successful in your application, you will:
· Be tertiary qualified in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology or a relatable field (essential)
· Have recent experience in healthcare (desirable)
· have demonstrable experience working with Enterprise Agreements, change management and consultation
· demonstrated expertise in internal stakeholder management
· have excellent communication skills and be politically astute
· enjoy a hands-on approach
