About the RoleAs the HR Business Partner, you will deliver strategic and operational HR support to your business unit. The person will need to have substantial experience in Industrial Relations and effective management with unions to be able to perform the role successfully, as the role will include negotiating a number of enterprise agreements in the future.
About You
Tertiary qualified, the successful candidate will bring strong knowledge of generalist HR and IR practices from a comparable organisation. You will be confident working autonomously and as part of a team, and have excellent stakeholder management, communication and interpersonal skills.
