What is the role?
We are currently searching for a permanent full time P&C Business Partner to join our awesome team. The role reports directly into the Head of People & Culture and will be primarily responsible for partnering closely with our venue operations team across Australia, providing support and guidance on all things people.
The objective of the role is, as a key partner, to enable our Multi-site Operations Managers to improve their comfort level and ability to handle people related queries, while taking a coaching approach.
The role will also have the opportunity to work very closely with and provide a guiding role to the other People Partners & Coordinators in the team and collaborate on projects.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Providing high level guidance and support to our operations leaders on performance, development, remuneration, engagement and on/off-boarding.
- Leading from the front when it comes to culture and engagement
- Assisting & leading on implementing strategies from our Engagement Survey findings
- Leading/Facilitating ER investigations both internal and external
- Ensuring legislative Compliance & generally overseeing the annual P&C cycle activities
Who are you?
- 5 + years experience in a similar P&C Business Partner role in a fast-paced and dynamic business
- Exceptional influencing skills and have the ability to make fast, confident decisions
- As a leader you are fun, enthusiastic and collaborative. You can achieve quick outcomes and not get too stuck in the detail
- Able to exercise sound judgement, discretion and empathy when dealing with sensitive issues and cases to deliver positive and productive outcomes
