As the People & Culture Consultant, you will be joining at an exciting time, working on great projects such as the implementation of a new HRIS system, performance reviews or L&D framework. Reporting directly to the People and Culture Business Partner, you will be part of a values-driven company and play an instrumental part in the implementation of P&C strategies.

Let’s start with role Purpose:
As a key member of the People & Culture team, you will work closely with the People & Culture team to drive the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and programs. Reporting directly to the People and Culture Business Partner, you will be part of a values-driven company and play an instrumental part in the implementation of P&C strategies. Your role will be essential in creating an environment where employees thrive and feel valued and supported.
  
Some of your day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Help develop and implement P&C strategies aligned with the company’s goals and values.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance culture and engagement, including wellbeing programs.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Provide administrative support for P&C documentation and reporting.
  • Manage recruitment processes for non-senior staff and internships.
  • Assist in employee relations matters and compensation programs.
  • Analyse HR data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Continuously improve P&C processes and systems for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide timely advice to staff and managers on P&C matters.
  • Administer workplace health and safety requirements.
  
You are a good match if you:
  • “Are a true generalist” who understands different aspects of HR and isn’t afraid to take on responsibilities!
  • Have a minimum of 5 years of P&C experience.
  • Have strong knowledge of “P&C laws and regulations”.
  • Have a proven track record in developing HR strategies reporting, organising training, performance management framework, and researching processes to improve current practices.
  • Are happy and competent at managing the admin responsibilities regarding all contracts & employee docs, onboarding tasks, etc.
  • Have an understanding of WHS.
  • Have proficiency in MS Office Suite and H.R technology platforms.
  • Have strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
