About the Opportunity
This role is crucial in supporting our Residential Aged Care homes through HR administration activities. Reporting to the AskHR Team Leader, you will be part of a busy and fast-paced 'AskHR' team. Your focus will be on onboarding, employment contract management, compliance, and record maintenance. Attention to detail, lateral thinking, and a love for a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role. As part of the 'AskHR' team, you will be at the forefront of all HR enquiries. You will also have opportunities to grow your HR career within our RAC People and Culture Team. Key Responsibilities,
- Explain job policies and procedures to other areas of the organization, including working to gain cooperation of other parties on practices, policies, and procedures
- Monitor and respond to HR queries promptly and appropriately
- Create and update HR documentation such as contracts and letters
- Ensure compliance in HR systems and files
- Coordinate new employee onboarding process efficiently
- Participate in HR projects and provide administrative support
- Assist in managing internal personnel movement and documentation
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships
About You
- Previous experience in HR coordination or administration
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Previous HRIS experience would be highly regarded
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources preferred
