As People & Culture Coordinator you will play a key role as the first point of contact for HR and recruitment general enquiries.
Reporting to the HR & Talent Lead, this multifaceted role works in close collaboration with the wider People & Culture Team to provide exceptional HR and recruitment services to all stakeholders. This role would suit a recent graduate and or someone with 1 year experience within a HR administrative role, who is wanting to expand their current skill set and be part of a newly formed team. This is a 2 year fixed term contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the team’s generic inbox and filter enquiries as needed
- Coordinate new employee onboarding and off-boarding
- Assist with the visa documentation for both new employees and existing employees
- Organise travel requirements for new starter and exiting employees as needed
- Assist with conducting reference checks
- Contribute to stream lining processes and continuous improvement
- General HR and recruitment administration
- Understanding of contemporary HR practices
- Strong administration and support background
- Strong organisational, time management and prioritisation skills
- Sound interpersonal communication skills
- Committed to fostering a positive workplace culture
- Desire to contribute to continually improve processes
- HR qualification desired
