AddressJoin a leading Australian owned Accident Management Car Replacement Company with continuous rapid growth and multiple branches across the Nation as People and Culture / HR Manager based in Mascot HQ.
this is a hands on role with national travel 1-2 times per month.
Standard hours are 9am - 5pm Mon-Fri (flexible)
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Manage Administrative and compliance functions.
- Handle Recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
- Roll out L&D programs.
- Provide Support to branch Managers.
- Manage Employee benefits and compensation.
- Arrange Performance management and employee evaluations.
- Handle employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Ensure legal compliance and manage labour relations.
- Maintain accurate records of employee information.
- Oversee employee benefits.
- Conduct / assist in conducting performance reviews and manage employee evaluations.
- Address grievances, mediate disputes, and maintain workplace harmony.
- Provide or arrange employee training and professional development.
- Evaluate / rebuild the HR team
- Participate in new ERP implementation.
ABOUT YOU:
- Proven HR & people management skills
- Strong understanding of labour laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in HR software and systems (particularly Employment Hero)
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
- Experience in L&D rollout.
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- High attention to detail
- Analytical skills for handling data and generating reports.
