About the opportunity
We are looking for an Experienced Site Administrator to support Rio Tinto project teams on site.
The Site Administrator is responsible for providing accurate and efficient administrative on a 8:6 roster.
Your duties will include, but not limited to
- Manage site roster, flight bookings and accommodation
- Raising Purchase Orders, Receipting in goods and Reconciliation of invoices
- Ensure that all office functions (administration, document control, filing system, records, clerical recording, software licensing etc.) are effectively managed and organised.
- Maintain all stock levels as required, such as PPE and Office items.
- Previous Rio Tinto site administrative experience, mining exposure or site-based project related (Essential)
- Experience with Sus Cap / RTTMS / Matrix (Essential)
- Excellent attention to detail, ability to enter important data efficiently and accurately
- Strong proficiency across MS Office applications and other databases.
- Ability to adapt to rostering changes and ensure communication is maintained with site personnel.
- Excellent time management skills and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability and the ability to work in a fun and dynamic Team culture.
