They are now focused on ensuring they have the correct organisational structure to support the business strategy moving forward.Reporting into the CEO, the role you play will be critical to the development of the business and the alignment of key elements of the People & Culture Strategy to the overall Business Strategy. You will partner with leaders and people at all levels to build capabilities in core People & Culture and Learning and Development and work with leaders to deliver on business targets.This is a true generalist role touching on all aspects of the People & Culture practice including recruitment, remuneration reviews, employee relations, learning and development, and talent reviews. Suitable candidates must be able and willing to operate at both an operational level and step up to provide strategic commercial support.This is genuinely a fabulous opportunity for a well-credentialed People & Culture Manager who would like to be part of a smaller but growing business, offering plenty of challenge. Energetic with genuine passion and a strong portfolio of expertise will ensure your success.You will also demonstrate the following:- Extensive HR Generalist/Management experience ideally gained in a SME environment;
- Solid experience in all generalist HR disciplines;
- Ability to operate at a commercially strategic level as well as willingness to operate at the transactional level and be 'hands-on';
- Experience designing best-fit people initiatives that align with company essence and designing programs that are not fussy or complicated;
- Highly sophisticated consulting and stakeholder management skills;
- Ability to demonstrate agility and flexibility in a fast-moving, dynamic environment;
