ClubMulwala is one of the Murray Rivers Premier Club’s. Our expansive facilities which include Motel Accommodation, Bowling greens and complimented by multiple dining precincts, function, and conference facilities.
ClubMulwala is one of the largest employers in the local area with over 130 staff who provide exceptional customer service to our 25,000 + Members, with thousands of visitors each year. The Club boasts an enviable Executive team and dynamic, proactive Board of Directors who have a strategic vision for the business with community values at the core.
Reporting to the CEO, the People & Culture role will encompass all related aspects of all staff and compliance, whilst understanding legal compliance and ensuring community expectations are met. It is an exciting time to join the group with club renovations being planned.
Additionally, you will be at the forefront of influencing People &Culture policy and play a key role in monitoring and managing the clubs staffing and policy.
Key Duties and Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
- Ownership of all administration and coordination across the Human Resources spectrum.
- Workforce Planning
- Well versed in the Fair Work Act, National Employment standards and relevant Award conditions and application
- Undertake end to end recruitment and onboarding process
- Development and preparation of policies and procedures
- Be confident in undertaking grievance investigation, reporting and record keeping.
- Provide advice on conflict, performance management and resolution
- Workers’ compensation claims
- Payroll, Annual Leave, Personal leave, and Long Service leave entitlements
- Rostering
- Training and development
Preparing professional reporting to the Board and Management Executive.

To Qualify:
- To be successful in this role you must be suitably qualified and have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a related field.

Effective problem solving, process improvement and analytical skills.
