How will you contribute?
We are seeking an exceptional People & Culture (P&C) professional to join our team and play a key role in providing advice and services to staff and senior management.
This role will report to the P&C Manager and the key responsibilities include:
- working with the P&C Manager to deliver valued advice, support and services to staff and senior management
- contributing to the development and implementation of P&C strategies, policies and practices
- assisting with the administration of our performance management process such as mid-year and year-end review cycles
- coordinating and managing recruitment campaigns
- managing and maintaining the Human Capital Management system and other P&C systems
- analysing employee trends, identifying potential risks or areas for improvement, and providing reports to business stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.
What will you need to succeed?
The successful candidates will have experience across a variety of functions, such as managing end to end recruitment campaigns, performance management, interpreting policies and procedures to provide valuable advice, demonstrating attention to detail by maintaining P&C systems, and providing accurate reporting to business stakeholders.
We are seeking candidates with excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, good professional judgement, as well as the ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with senior management, employees and other key stakeholders.
You will also need:
- demonstrated experience in aspects of HR such as recruitment, and performance management
- experience in iChris system (desirable but not essential)
- to be an Australian permanent resident or citizen or New Zealand citizen.
What are the benefits?
On offer is a 35-hour working week and a total remuneration package (including superannuation) of $90,441 - $106,125 per annum depending on experience, skills and capabilities.
