Daily rhythm!
- Provide operational support to the CCC Leadership Team and our People & Culture Department.
- Guide department staff on HR policies and procedures.
- Elevate operational excellence through administration, document management, employee file maintenance, and reporting functions.
- Assist in the new employee lifecycle: recruitment administration, onboarding, inductions, and training as required.
- Safeguard the confidentiality of all correspondence, information, and documentation.
- Manage and nurture stakeholder relationships.
- Contribute to planning office celebrations and initiatives.

About you!
- Hold territory education/qualification in HR (highly desirable).
- Showcase 2-3 years of seasoned expertise in a previous HR-related role.
- Available to work on Monday, Thursday, and Friday (required).
- Exude professionalism, approachability, and possess excellent communication skills.
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of HR-related legislation and regulations.
- Demonstrate excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Showcase the ability to work autonomously while thriving in dynamic team!
