About the Role
The Shared Services Specialist plays an important role in delivering People & Culture services including recruitment and on-boarding, as well as providing expert advice for People & Culture queries, policy interpretation and procedure advice. This role is also involved in various key projects and initiatives focused on continuous improvement, streamlining processes and providing exceptional employee, candidate and hiring manager experience.
About the Team
This role will be a part of the Operations branch within the People and Culture division. You will be joining a supportive, collaborative and high performing team who are passionate about the work they do.

A Day in the Life
You would be accountable for a wide variety of People & Culture generalist activities to support the TAC Business. Your typical day will involve:
- Manage and lead the end to end recruitment lifecycle
- Provide support and advice to TAC Managers and employees on HR policies and procedures
- Execution of a broad array of People & Culture tactical and strategic initiatives, processes and systems
- Consistently look for opportunities to improve processes to support the changing needs of the business
What you’ll need to succeed
- Demonstrated HR generalist and recruitment experience
- Ability to creatively problem solve and work collaboratively
- Strong stakeholder engagement and networking skills
- Enthusiasm, resilience and drive to provide exceptional service
- Demonstrated experience in candidate and employee management
- Experience working in a dynamic fast paced environment
- Relevant HR qualifications or similar (desirable)
