The Role
Reporting to the CEO in this newly established role, you will be tasked with fostering a positive and inclusive environment across all staff onsite and off site. Further you will be responsible for:
- Development of strategies to engage and motivate teams
- Provide support to offsite teams with regular check-ins
- Support the implementation of performance management processes
- Handle HR related tasks
- Previous experience in a HR Management role
- Familiarity with employment laws & regulations
- Ability to work independently and effective time management
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
