The Organisation
Our client, based in Coopers Plains, is a leading provider of Insurance & Technical solutions for companies and individuals. Established for 30 years, they are continuing to grow and evolve ensuring they continue to remain a market leader
The Role
Reporting to the CEO in this newly established role, you will be tasked with fostering a positive and inclusive environment across all staff onsite and off site. Further you will be responsible for:
  • Development of strategies to engage and motivate teams
  • Provide support to offsite teams with regular check-ins
  • Support the implementation of performance management processes
  • Handle HR related tasks
Experience & Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a HR Management role
  • Familiarity with employment laws & regulations
  • Ability to work independently and effective time management
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
