You will provide a remarkable employee experience through contribution in all stages of an employee's life cycle from initial offer stage, to front line People Experience advice and policy interpretation to exiting the business. This role is a12 month Fixed Term Contract.Responsibilities
- Manage the generation of employment contracts for new employees and employment contract variations for existing employees as required, ensuring all work has a 24 hour turnaround wherever possible.
- Handle general People Experience queries from all employees by phone and email, with a view to providing holistic, consistent and empowering advice at all times. Pass on feedback to relevant People Experience areas on what trends are coming through and what areas we may improve on (e.g. policies, systems improvements).
- Work closely with People Experience Business Partners and Consultants to support the implementation of various People Experience programs.
- Provide general administrative support to broader People Experience team when required.
- Actively review process and procedure and suggest or implement improvement where possible to ensure continual process improvement.
- Develop close working relationships with People Experience Business Partners and all specialist functions within People Experience, particularly payroll.
- Assist employees with their parental leave applications and act as their primary People Experience point of contact for any queries.
- Assist in driving People Experience initiatives in the business as needed.
