Join us to manage our People Operations as a Senior Manager where you will lead our team of Masters, Engineers, Operators and Schedulers (approximately 50) within the marine team ensuring our vessels are operating optimally year round. As a people leader you will motivate, inspire and work to keep our marine operations team safe and well.

• You are an experienced people leader, with a focus on building positive employee engagement within the framework of an industrial instrument.
• You are passionate about supporting, coaching and mentoring your team to ensure optimal delivery against performance and safety targets.
• You foster a culture of continuous improvement, supporting the team in the implementation of new initiatives.
• You proactively improve the work environment to reduce health, safety and environmental risks.
• You’re comfortable learning new legislation and able to undertake some travel.  
• You’re experienced in overseeing rostering, budgets and monitoring costs related to headcount.
• You’re great at building and nurturing productive relationships with external stakeholders.
