Are you passionate about shaping positive workplace cultures in the dynamic world of SaaS? We are seeking a talented and experienced People Partner (HR Business Partner) to join our team at ELMO Software, based in our Sydney office.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor by demonstrating professional credibility and developing positive relationships with leaders within the business to influence key priorities.
- Partner with Chief People Experience Officer and VP People Operations to deliver on people strategy and operational plan, aimed at improving performance, productivity, retention and fostering a positive work environment.
- Provide values-driven advice and guidance to managers on complex and sensitive people management matters
- Empower managers to handle day-to-day employment issues and resolve ER cases effectively
- Support the performance review process & drive a high-performance culture
- Support business transformation initiatives and projects, identifying the need for change and directing the implementation of and adaptation to new or changing structures.
- Execute on key people operational and administrative requirements across the employee lifecycle with a focus on delivering a positive and responsive employee experience
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees and partner with the VP People Operations when required
- Actively manage and report WHS, wellbeing and security issues
- Support Senior Organizational Development Manager with development and implementation of learning and development initiatives
- In-depth knowledge of Australian Industrial Relations and Employment Relations.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, policies, and procedures.
- Demonstrable track record of developing effective relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Highly developed HR consulting skills as an HR Business Partner
- Demonstrable ability to drive initiatives through business.
- Ability to be proactive, to anticipate and provide alternatives and options to the business. Solutions oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; must be an articulate and persuasive communicator.
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Ability and desire to operate with a high degree of flexibility and autonomy
- AHRI APC Certification preferred
