HR Partners by Randstad is excited to be partnering with a global name in the technologies space based in the Hills area for the Senior People Business Partner role as part of a global business partnering team for a particular business unit. This role is to partner with the Director, along with business leaders to support the organisation's global and local People Strategy for this business unit to drive and enhance organisational effectiveness and employee engagement.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Develop and implement people strategy in areas of talent management and development, organisational effectiveness, employee engagement and leadership.
- Organisational design and efficiencies and change and transformation initiatives
- Strategic advice and consultancy to business leaders
- Workforce planning
- Coordinate with COEs to deliver business objectives
- Leverage tools and data insights to support organisational development and effectiveness
- Minimum 8-10 years of HR generalist experience
- Experience in a similar organisation, mixed workforce and in technologies and engineering industries
- Experience supporting change management in a rapidly evolving environment
- Experience in working in a matrix environment and in a multi-country role with exposure to a variety of cultures across the APAC region would be an advantage
