Own the operational HR & Talent at the CEC, partner with the HR Director on business and people matters.
Your new company
Hays HR is delighted to partner with the Clean Energy Council, the peak body for the clean energy industry in Australia. CEC is a not-for-profit, membership-based organisation. They represent and work with Australia's leading renewable energy and energy storage businesses, as well as rooftop solar installers, to further the development of clean energy in Australia. Working as part of a small HR team, you will partner with the HR Director and work across all elements of operational HR and own the Recruitment at CEC.
Your new role
Demonstrating the core values of Integrity, Collaboration, Leadership, People Focus and Service Excellence, you will provide the highest possible standard of service, care, accuracy and timeliness in responding to your stakeholders. Key responsibilities for this People Partner role are as follows:
Talent Acquisition: partnering with hiring managers, utilising SAP SuccessFactors, sourcing candidates, building employer brand
Employee Relations: providing guidance to managers, running performance management, policy development, providing advice, probation management
On/Off Boarding: managing the end-to-end process and enhancing the process
Job Analysis & Design: partner with SME's to conduct job analysis, writing PD's evaluation of roles
SAP SuccessFactors: use system to improve service delivery, analyse HR data
What you'll need to succeed
This role requires solid HR generalist experience across the full employee life cycle, including employee relations, performance management and employment law. You will have proven experience in end to end talent acquisition, be able to partner with stakeholders and influence effectively in the hiring process. Ideally, you will have SAP SuccessFactors experience and be up-to-date with contemporary HR practices.
What you'll get in return
A full-time permanent People Partner role leaning towards talent acquisition. You will work closely with a wider range of stakeholders and report to a collaborative, supportive but hands-off HR Director. This role is based in recently renovated Melbourne CBD offices with flexibility to work from home. Salary is negotiable, starting at $130,000 + super.
