About you
Reporting to and working alongside the Head of People Systems based in Adelaide, you will be part of the global People Systems team who support the business in providing leading edge technical and process driven solutions, underpinned by a sound data governance structure. You will support the Head of People Systems in overviewing and decision making on in-flight and potential projects across the People Data ecosystem.
Working with colleagues and stakeholders across the business and leveraging your background in SuccessFactors and established relationship with SAP, you will use your problem recognition skills to understand our business challenges and recommend the most advantageous and practical use of our current and future technology, contributing to our system development glidepath and investment recommendations.
Using your depth of digital and business knowledge, coupled with experience in delivering system projects, you will help ensure that our People technology and processes align and remain relevant with our business requirements. You will enable us to optimise the use of artificial intelligence to ethically enhance our processes, actively seeking opportunities to use the power of our People data to drive improvements; develop our people; and demonstrate return on investment.
Your exceptional interpersonal and project planning skills will ensure that, working alongside your team and with the wider business, change and improvement programmes are justified, approved, and planned in the most logical sequence. All the while questioning and challenging ways of working, championing change and promoting continual improvements across the Group.
Enhancements to employee experience, enabling of new technology and the improvement of business outcomes will be at the heart of everything you do. Your passion for collaboration will ensure a consistent and efficient approach when contributing to wider business projects.
