About the Role
Our client is looking for a HR Officer based North of the River on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating the administration of training and development for the organisation, e.g. prepare and maintain the corporate training calendar, arrange training bookings
- Send all new staff onboarding documentation through
- Preparation of employment contracts and employee packs and variations of contracts.
- Participates in the creation and review of HR/WHS Policies and Procedures.
- Participates in the creation and review of Position Descriptions
- Assisting with and contributing to the delivery of various HR projects including systems and policies/procedures.
- Assisting the HR Operations Manager and/or the HR Business Partners with reports for management and any other reports requested.
- Understands and complies with employment instruments (e.g. enterprise agreements, awards, employment contracts) and assist with any employment related queries/processes within existing policy and process as and when required.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, ideally you have a degree or related qualification in Human Resources in a similar field. It will also be essential to have a valid driving licence and National Police Clearance.
This role offers a base salary up to $80,000 plus Super.
