Technical Delivery Senior Manager- You will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of PeopleSoft systems within our Client environments.
- You will lead a team of professionals and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the effective utilisation of PeopleSoft applications to meet business needs.
- Provide strategic direction and guidance to the PeopleSoft team, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives.
- Build and manage a high-performing team of onshore and offshore PeopleSoft developers, consultants, and administrators.
- Collaborate with business leaders, Client technical leads and end-users to understand their requirements and priorities.
- Provide guidance on system configurations, customisation, integration, and troubleshooting.
- Establish and enforce governance processes, standards, and policies for PeopleSoft development, deployment, and maintenance.

You will have:- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, advanced degree or certification in Peoplesoft is a plus
- Proven experience (8+ years) in a leadership role overseeing PeopleSoft implementations, upgrades, or enhancements. Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of Peoplesoft applications and their integrations with other modules.
