Presenting over 45 years’ experience in skilling solutions and services to employers and businesses, job seekers and students, through apprenticeship support services, employment, education support programs, and vocational training.
About the Role…
The Performance and Strategy Manager will be committed to working with the Workforce Australia Leadership team and internal stakeholders to put together the most appropriate performance strategy for each employment Region that enables a high level of performance to be achieved. The Performance and Strategy Manager is responsible for the promotion and development of high performance in all employment regions that ensures BUSY At Work exceeds Government performance indicators and contractual obligations.
This role is full time, fixed term until 30 June 2025 with possibility of extension.

A bit about you...
- Positive, driven approach to a continually changing work environment
- Proven capability in driving Performance and meeting outcomes and targets
- Sound knowledge of the outsourced Employment Services sector and experience within the Australian Employment Services Industry
- Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply complex guidelines, administrative procedures, and contractual and statutory requirements
- Preferred demonstrated 3-5 years in a management position
- Ability to obtain a Blue Card and National Police Check
