We're seeking a Townsville based Performance Coach - Early Learning (known within Goodstart as a Centre Performance Coach) - 12 months fixed term to support the growth and development of highly capable and competent Centre Directors striving towards - and achieving - exceeding ratings and exceptional business performance.
A pragmatic, approachable and supportive interpersonal style, along with experience in reflective coaching methodologies and practices is highly desirable. This role requires a sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), National Quality Framework (NQF) and business disciplines.
Your Deliverables
- Hold regular coaching sessions with your assigned cohort of Centre Directors.
- Deliver coaching via a combination of virtual and in-person sessions to achieve best efficiencies and impact where it is most needed.
- Document goals, action plans and commitments by Centre Directors to support ongoing coaching conversations and accountability approach.
- Support and coach Centre Directors to be highly capable leaders holding selves accountable for the continuous improvement of centre performance.
- Contribute to Centre Director performance reviews providing evidence of each Centre Director's professional growth and capability build.
- Actively build own professional capability and contribute to a vibrant coach peer network.
- Action changes required to workplace environment to ensure compliance to the company's health and safety requirements
You'll bring to the table:
- Minimum 3-year Early Childhood qualification / or relevant qualification
- Strong business acumen across all domains of centre performance
- Experience working in centres and with Centre Directors is highly desirable
- Valid Working with Children Check
- Open Driving Licence
